For those who have youthful ulcers and sores, here’s a simple recipe, which could save you from these problems. Bind 24 large asparagus in two separate bunches, each of 12 stems. Soak them in before boiling water from the thickened side by 3-4cm from the tops. Without overlapping them, leave to simmer over a low fire for about half an hour, until they become tender. After that, put the cooked stalks in a refrigerator and use them to for eating when you need. To treat acne use the water, wash it or pad your face every morning and every evening.

Delicious meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of onion – chopped into rounds
  • 1 cup of chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup of fungi – chopped finely
  • 200g potatoes – sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup of carrots – sliced into thin rounds
  • ½ cup of brown rice
  • 2 cups of cooked asparagus
  • 3-4 cups of tomato puree

Preparation:

In a pan put the onion and fungi to fry on low heat. In a baking pan (about two and a half liters) put the chopped potatoes. On top of that arrange layers of carrot, rice, the fried mixture and asparagus. Finally sprinkle with the tomato puree in which you add a little brown algae or fungi. Cover and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for two hours. This meal is for 8 servings.
