Also, very delicious vegetable and keeps precious ingredients if you just blanch it (put the heads in boiling salted water and leave them for 1 minute, while stems 2 minutes). – Boil 4 steams of broccoli until tender and cut into strips.

– Boil 4 eggs for 4 minutes, in order to remain soft.

– Arrange the strips broccoli in a bowl.

– Peeled and sliced eggs, put in a deep bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley, to taste and mix together and pour over broccoli.

– Garnish with red pepper and olives.
