How to Prepare the Cabbage Juice – RECIPE
– 700 ml (3 cups) of chopped cabbage
– 400 ml of distilled water
Cabbage juice can be prepared by using a juicer or blender. First you need to clean and wash the cabbage. After that chop it and put it in the juicer. The resulting juice, dilute it with water. If you use a blender to prepare the juice, then you should add distilled water.
It is best to consume this juice while it’s fresh. Do not store it more than 5 hours in a refrigerator. Drink one cup of cabbage juice before each meal.
