- Vitamin bomb salad for boosting immunity
This vitamin bomb salad is great for increasing immunity, improving blood counts, for giving more energy and what’s even more it has a great taste. It is really refreshing and energizing salad, abundant with vitamins.
- 100g raisins
- 150g walnuts
- 100 g almonds
- 2 lemons
- 100g dried apricots
- 100g prunes
- 30g nettle seeds
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 50g honey
Grind the walnuts and almonds, chop the apricots and prunes, and squeeze the lemons. Then add the raisins, nettle seed, ginger, and finally add the honey. Mix well and put it in a sealed glass jar. Keep it for 2-3 days in a dark and cool place and then can be consumed.
For adults: 1-2 tablespoons per day (on an empty stomach).
For children: 1-2 teaspoons per day (on an empty stomach).
- Autumn fresh salad
The quantities for this salad course you can customize according to your needs.
It can be consumed as a real refreshing vitamin bomb.
- 1 beet (peeled)
- 1 carrot (peeled)
- 2 radishes
- 1 piece of fresh cabbage
- 2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
In a bowl, put the grated carrot, grated beets, chopped parsley, chopped cabbage, sliced radishes, and pomegranate.
All easily mix.
In a small bowl make a dressing of salt, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar and ginger powder.
Apply the dressing over the salad. Mix lightly and serve.
It goes well with a piece of cheese.
- Fruit vitamin bomb salad
- 4 kiwi
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 oranges
- 3 plums
First peel the apples, oranges, banana and kiwi, and cut them in pieces. Remove the pit from the plums and also cut them in pieces.
All fruit put in a bowl and stir. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and together with the honey add into the ingredients.
Use seasonal fruit. A wonderful combination can be made with strawberries and cherries. It can be added dried fruit, but in that case don’t add honey. Crushed walnuts can be also added into the salad.
- Refreshing vitamin bomb salad
Quantities of beet, carrot and apple are arbitrary, but they should, approximately, be the same amounting.
- 1 beet
- 1-2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- olive oil
- little apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste
First, peel the beetroot, carrot and apple. It can be grated, or put them into a slicer and finely chopped.
Put the mixture into a bowl, add the honey, oil, vinegar and salt and mix well.
The salad is very refreshing and full of vitamins.
