This green smoothie is very healthy and beneficial for you because it’s very nutritious, contains different fruits and vegetables. It releases the toxins from the body, due to the fiber it possesses. Ingredients:

– 1 ½ cups of water

– ½ lemon

– 1 apple

– 1 pear

– 1 stalk of celery

– 1 head of romaine lettuce

– 2 handfuls of spinach

– 1 banana

– parsley

– cilantro

Preparation:

First of all you should prepare the fruit and veggies. Slice the lemon into small pieces. Slice the apple into small cubes. Slice the pear into small cubes. Chop the celery into small pieces. Put these ingredients into a bowl, while preparing the rest of the products.

Pour the water into a blender. Add one head of organic romaine lettuce and 2 handfuls of spinach. First blend these ingredients at low speed. Then add the celery, apple and pear and blend again.

After that add the banana and blend again. At the end add some parsley and some cilantro, squeeze lemon juice and blend once again for the last time.

Usage:

If you start consuming this smoothie then you should begin with 16 ounces. The remaining content put it in a container, keep it in a refrigerator and consume it for breakfast the next day.
