– 1 green apple (peeled and chopped)
– 1/2 cup of unsweetened green tea
– 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
– 1/4 cup of parsley leaves
All you need to do is to put the ingredients in a blender. After that blend them well, until you get a homogeneous mixture, with adding a little amount of water.
