½ avocado fruit

1 cup of coconut milk

1 pear (chopped)

½ apple (chopped)

1 cup of fresh spinach

 

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until you get smooth mixture. You can add a few ice cubes, frozen fruit, mango, melon or berries. Enjoy this healthy drink!
