– ½ cup of warm water

All ingredients put in a blender and mix well. It is the best to consume this drink in the morning instead of breakfast.

– 1 banana

– 20 grams of fresh spinach

– ½ cup of yogurt

– 1/3 cup of oatmeal

– 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation:

– 2 teaspoons flaxseed

– 1/3 cup curd

– 1 orange (peeled)

– 1 large grapefruit

– 2 oranges

– 1/4 lemon

– a piece of ginger

Preparation:

Wash and peel the ingredients. Put them in a juicer. Keep the drink in a fridge and consume it in the morning on an empty stomach and between meals.
