Lavender Lemonade for Relaxation and Better Sleep

Lavender Lemonade – Recipe
– Juice of 4 lemons
– 1 drop of essential oil of lavender
– 1 tablespoon of dried lavender
– 7 cups of hot water
– ¾ cup of honey
Boil 4 cups of water. Remove from fire and add dried flowers of lavender. When almost cool, add honey and stir until it melts.
Cover it and leave it for half an hour. After that strain, then add lemon juice, the remaining water (3 cups) and one drop of essential oil of lavender.
You can immediately drink this lemonade (before bedtime) or as a daily relaxation. Decorate with lemon slices, pipe, and lavender sprig for decoration.
Keep the rest in the refrigerator.
You can add a little carbonated water instead of plain, if you want more refreshing beverage.
