How to use?

Leaves – in 250 milliliters of cold water put a full teaspoon (2grams) finely chopped leaves. Leave it for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally and drain.

Root – in 250 milliliters of cold water put 1-4 teaspoons (3-10 grams) finely chopped root. Leave it for 30 minutes stirring frequently and drain.


Tea from the leaf and root – in 250 milliliters of cold water put 3 teaspoons (6 grams) finely chopped leaves and root. Leave it for 30 minutes, stir frequently and drain.

Tea from flowers – put a full spoon (about 5 grams) in 200 milliliters of boiling water and let it boil for another minute. Cover and leave it for 15 minutes, then drain.
