Naturally Eliminate Bacteria from Your Body

Naturally Eliminate Bacteria from Your Body by Practicing Proper Diet

Besides fluids, diet is also important in the elimination of bacteria, because certain foods due to their composition can improve the condition or worsen the symptoms. Such foods are the coffee and chocolate, whose individual ingredients usually irritate the inflamed tissues.

Coffee and chocolate adversely affect the urinary tract inflammation, whereas some foods are recommended in the diet, as long as the infection lasts.
