A Simple Recipe for Preparing Chocolate Chia Pudding
We can say that breakfast is the most important meal and is a prerequisite for a good start of the day. Correct and well-balanced breakfast can contribute a lot about the overall health. Here is an interesting, fast and very healthy recipe for the preparation of chocolate Chia pudding.
A Recipe for Chocolate Chia Pudding:
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 small teaspoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- ½ banana
- 9-10 aronia berries
- cinnamon (optional)
- 200 ml of water
In warm water (but not boiling) put the chia seeds, flaxseeds, honey, cocoa and cinnamon. Mix it very well and leave it to stand for about 20 minutes. Then add the banana, chopped in cubes, aronia berries and coconut oil. Decorate as desired.
This breakfast will provide enough energy for the whole day. This is so because it is rich in many nutrients like omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, magnesium (about 200 mg- scavenge for daily needs), potassium (about 700 mg- one third of the daily needs). We will also enter a sufficient amount of fiber (about 25 mg) which will help for a better digestion.
